We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy:

This policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled; thus better serving everyone.  Please note that no-showing your appointment or cancelling your appointment without the required 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee, which is calculated as 50% of your service total.

Please know that we understand that sometimes things may pop up unexpectedly – some notice is certainly better than no notice, so we kindly ask that you make every effort to let us know if you will be unable to make your appointment.
